  1. If what he said equates to incitement then no one is safe speaking on any topic. And if you think this procedure is anything but a witch hunt, you don't understand what impeachment is. They are basically wasting your money to try and remove someone from office that is not in office, it is a farce. If they have a criminal charge to bring to trial, let them do it in a normal court.
