  1. This is utter BS. Obama cut funding and the dems have stalled until this point so even if this isn't the highest amount of immigrants they cannot keep up...and guess what? Families and children make it more difficult on top of that, this is known yet still used as an issue? And lol 12000 beds....75% of which are licensed yet 2000 are empty...USE YOUR BRAIN, WHAT IS 75% of 12000? Would that make aprox 2000 empty beds?
