  1. Is there a reason this was not reported to police? Three cases of alleged rape indicting the same person and no police involvement is spurious. Are students prevented from contacting authorities?

  2. Gary Tsang  That's not what she said. She said he made her feel uncomfortable but also that a hearing could happen but she stopped the proceeding herself. Now she wants to have him punished but there is a thing called Habeus Corpus, show me the body. There are a great amount of details she is skipping over. When did she contact them? If it was after the fact, evidence could be impossible to collect. Did they do any tests? If so, what were the results?
