  1. Why do people that love communism and hate capitalism live in America? Cuba, China and N Korea await you. Police need more funding, not less. You want better trained, higher quality police with body cams and civilian oversight? Well that costs money. Or you can just deal with the increasing crime rate...it is increasing in areas where any defunding or reallocating of resources has occurred.
