  1. ​ @3lannister  of course not pal. Accepting reality is always healthy. The question is does your reality require a behavioral shift? For 99% of alcoholics it's better not to drink. For 99% of trans people it's better for them to live their lives in the gender identity they are. The statistics show this to be true. it doesn't matter if this makes people upset. It's also true that the 1% of people who detransition are living a tragedy. But doctors still need to give advice on the weight of the evidence.
