  1. You're totally wrong on the first point. Scientists only call things a theory once there's overwhelming evidence to confirm the orginal hypothesis. In science you operate from the default that nothing at all is factual. Really, facts don't exist within science, perhaps aside from certain parts of mathematics. You're not a scientist so it's ok you didn't know that but you really should understand that simple point. Anyways, the name of something is not evidence for or against it's probable truth. Common morphology doesn't disprove creationism, that's true, but it does add weight to evolution. In the absence of any evidence at all for creationism, aside from jewish mythology (which doesn't count). You should accept evolution vs. creationism. Anything else would be totally intellectual dishonesty because you can't accept your fairy tales that you think protect you from reality aren't true.
