  1. so if someone lunges at you with a knife you would try tasing them? it doesn't work that way. a taser works if you have aim and both stand still, given that it paralyzes the person.

A person who isn't in the right mind will use anything as a weapon, and they don't care if they have to follow the law to obtain a firearm. Said person will make sure to get as many casualties as possible. If a person who had the right to a concealed firearm was present, that person would know how to handle the situation. A person who has the permit to carry a firearm has to pass an exam and show that he or she is capable of handling it.
