@AbelG8781 thing is they treat a bicycle as more of a vehicle. In California it is illegal to ride a bike on a sidewalk due to it being dangerous to pedestrians.

@fishfan2 yep. That's why they have "Share The Road." LA doesn't allow you to ride on the sidewalk and they treat the bike as operating a motor vehicle.
