  14. You're confusing squatting and adverse possession. Adverse possession means that you go to the legal channels and take possession (depending on the state) and pay taxes as well as make improvements. Squatting on the other hand is what sovereign citizens are using. They take up illegal residence and don't pay taxes or go through the legal channels.

  17. Ukog Nos it doesn't have to deal with the Republican party. People make bad choices and they end up paying for it. Right now you need to have higher education to get a better chance at a job. I work right now, and mind you this is for the local government. Our HR Department director came to a meeting and told people to continue their education because it makes a difference. People who don't have a degree have a tough time finding a job. Employers are looking for education now, not when back then they would hire because you have the skills. So to put the blame on a political party isn't going to solve the problem. People need to make a choice of working harder and trying to go up the ladder.

  20. The class has a lifespan of 49 years. Interestingly the SSGNs like the Florida were supposed to be decommissioning earlier as boomers but they got converted. They are planning to build the Columbia class next.
