@cheriecullum9489 rebuttal for your healthcare: appointment times would go up and you would need months to get an appointment. I worked in public healthcare for about a couple of years and people didn't get an appointment right away. What makes you think that public healthcare for every single person will work? Secondly the education system right now is screwed up. USC had the admissions scandal and an audit to the Cal State system showed a 1 billion dollar reserve system that they failed to disclose. The school system needs to be fixed before you start giving out the free tuition.

@cheriecullum9489 hate to burst your bubble but I worked for Healh Services in LA County. We serve more people than NYC and I've seen how our system works. Many patients had to go to the hospital because our clinics didn't have all the equipment and the fact that we didn't operate 24/7 besides having the blood lab and urgent care clinic open. Some patients couldn't get an appointment until 2 to 3 months at times. Keep in mind this isn't even the ER. The fact that you say that I use bullcrap statistics is false when I have first hand seen how our system works. Countries like Japan have better healthcare but now some places are requiring that you have some type of insurance with you because they don't want people to avoid paying for the bill. Also, Cal State is a public system, not private. Even the University of California public school system was hit by a scandal, so please don't say I'm talking only about private schools when I brought up public schools as well.
