@alrighty4456 in LA good luck with that logic. Thing is that people will do bad things all the time. People have DUIs and there are cases of break ins.

@alrighty4456 fact for you: it's called a budget and not all police departments will have the same amount. Another fact: there are already resources. The problem lies with people doing stupid things and not willing to do whatever it is to help themselves. Why do you think there is a huge problem with mental health or substance abuse? People can often relapse. Same thing with the poor communities. There are ways to go into good schools with scholarships. It is up to the individual to make the best use of what they have.

@alrighty4456 lmao. I grew up poor and my folks worked their way up to society. We could have depended on government aid but we didn't. I know a lot of people who worked hard and didn't give up. It is up to you whether or not you want to continue struggling. Everyone struggles, not just one person. Stop with the victim mentality because it's not going to work and I have seen more things and experience than you.

@alrighty4456 you seem to be the type that also thinks that privilege should be thrown when it comes to certain individuals. Listen: if a person wants to become hired for the job they have to show their commitment and work ethics. How do you think managers are picked? They don't get selected based on their skin color but rather how they handle situations and do work. Do you think that someone who doesn't know anything about electrical conduits can work as an electrician? No. They have to prove it.

@alrighty4456 again wrong. Then would you care to explain how one of my previous managers happened to be an African American running administration for a clinic? Or that many of them were higher level? Again cut the crap because it doesn't work.

@alrighty4456 that same manager also happened to attend USC. Thing is you have to prove your ability to work. I applied for a position with finance and it took several tries to get in. I managed to get through a couple of years ago because I had demonstrated that I was able to time manage and finish my assignments.

@MM12331 about that. I work with the Fire Department and not all can be licensed to carry firearms due to their job descriptions. Plus some firefighters are known to have PTSD and can commit suicide, so the logic behind letting those EMTs carry firearms is not a good or safe sound logic.
