1:48 kind of on the fence with that one. You kind of overstepped the white lane which was there because some people have to make wide right turns and is where you should have stopped before. I honestly think you should have some fault..

@Sleepyhead54 not really. I have seen these things all over in LA and I remember one of my friends had done the exact same thing except it was a bus turning left. They skipped by a few feet and got hit. Insurance and police found the bus not at fault. There is a reason why they have those and it's because some roads/vehicles require huge turns.

@Sleepyhead54 if they got hit before the white lane that would may have been a different story altogether but you have to do defensive driving first and not try to skip a line and stop.
