@theamaranth3351 still doesn't mean you hog. There was barely any traffic in front of you and you could have moved over but your ego prevented you from doing the right thing 🤦♂️

@sweetgracie1930 sorry to disappoint but he had room in front of the honda and the car in front. Plus there were no cars in front of him in which if an officer was there the guy would be cited since he only passed one car and wasn't passing any other ones. https://www.mit.edu/~jfc/right.html

@aragorn7968 you definitely should not drive. The guy had only passed one car and had a chance to move over but no he was a prick. You shouldn't drive if you are going to pull this stunt

@commonsence1129 says the dumbass who can't accept when people call him out for driving 70 in a 65 area

@sweetgracie1930 https://www.autoinsurance.org/keep-right-which-states-enforce-left-lane-passing-only/ Cruising in the pass lane is pretty much illegal which in this case the cammer did. I highly doubt you would win this in traffic court since they would deem you at fault for causing unsafe driving conditions in which the cars in the other lanes were going faster than you.

@superbee2698 here: https://www.autoinsurance.org/keep-right-which-states-enforce-left-lane-passing-only/

@sweetgracie1930 nope. Sorry but your logic still wouldn't hold up even with traffic court or the highway patrol. Like it has been mentioned the passing lane is only for passing and he had plenty of room to pull over. If someone in Texas is going 75 on the right side and you are going 70 in the left who do you think they would cite? They would cite you for unsafe driving. You can argue all you want but in the end you would have both patrol and court disagree with you.
2
@sweetgracie1930 I have seen so many cases of this and it is both annoying and unsafe. You cannot use that lane as you choose and you will have both people cursing you out and a citation. You either speed up or you move over in which the cammer decided to play fast and slow since his ego was hurt. He was lucky he didn't end up on the wrong side since someone may have shot him for pulling this.
2
@sweetgracie1930 again your logic is wrong. The left lane is for passing in which the cammer only passed one at the time of the motorcycle was catching up. Your definition of the cammer passing is a joke and is laughable. The fact that there were barely any cars in front of the cammer and that he had room to pull over is common and you can't take the fact that you are in the wrong. One of these days you'll get beat up or even shot for doing this and when it happens you deserve it.
2
@sweetgracie1930 I could show this to my friend who works for CHP and he would agree with me. Your argument would become invalid in court and you would be at fault since the left lane is for passing and not for being slow. He didn't even speed up until the motorcycle had to pass him and you defend him. Makes me think you have no common sense and you shouldn't drive if you think like this.
2
@sweetgracie1930 yet you keep going on and on about how the cammer is right when you aren't even following common sense or the law. For ** sake I pull over when there is a car behind me and I don't hog the passing lane even at 70. You are an airhead who thinks that if someone who clearly has enough room to pull over should continue. You're what is wrong with the driving of the US and that is why when you do something stupid like this you deserve every ounce of Karma headed your way
2
@commonsence1129 I am saying if you can't drive stay the hell off the roads because you don't own them. If you can't drive fast and pass in the left lane then you need to have your license revoked for life
2
@sweetgracie1930 well my friend got back and said the car was in the wrong. As I mentioned and he agreed the driver had plenty of room and a chance to move over. So you will have to back out of this one since you were incorrect and could cause an accident or traffic
2
@commonsence1129 no. I'm saying if you want to hover in the left lanes when 1) there is no traffic in front of you and 2) people are wanting to pass but have to go around you since you impede the flow of traffic you shouldn't drive. Obviously you are one of those idiots who thinks they own the road and can use it any way they want to. One of these days you're going to piss off someone and either get a ticket or worse get your ass beaten or shot at
2
@theamaranth3351 again with the stupid excuses. You don't hog a left lane when you barely have any traffic in front. You're lucky if someone doesn't shoot you for pulling a stunt like this
1
@unlimited9789 sorry to disappoint but you are in the wrong. Most states will say that the left lane is for faster traffic or those passing. You can get citations for blocking traffic
1
@unlimited9789 here is the law for each state since you seem lazy and think you own the road https://www.mit.edu/~jfc/right.html
