@fuzz6938 in this case it will be the cammer's fault. Reasons being that the cars would indicate there were three lanes and the right lane was turning from what I see. You do not assume that lanes are merging unless there are signs posted.

@wakemiamigreatagain I didn't mention age did I? No. The issue is that she failed to maintain lanes and is a possible hazard if she thinks she is in the right. She shouldn't be driving. It's a privilege, not a right

@Freewheeler40 no, old people shouldn't drive either. The problem that I have is that some groups have problems with judgment and competency. They give driver licenses away too easily and need to have a two point system where the first offense can lead to a 1 year suspension and the second is no driving allowed.
