@Nacho-yt7xo to me it looks like he sped up to pass again. Better choice was to merge in the right since there was little to no traffic ahead. I seriously have issues with people who do this and I always pull to the right if I'm not passing anyone

@kkehoe5 this was in California. You are not supposed to occupy the left lane as it is technically a passing lane only. If you are not passing anyone you are supposed to move over to let others pass. I see this all the time and it gets annoying because others want to pass but some air breather decides to be a buddy fucker and screw everyone else over
