@mars-bv3ps re read it please. Guy is saying cammer isn't at fault and is fighting for his life with that comment

@alwaysroaming1244 against. If there was a vehicle in the intersection, then any vehicles making a left need to yield. If the cam driver had gotten into an accident they could still have some liability and be cited.

@alwaysroaming1244 Again, legal standpoint of ROW does not mean turn when you feel like it. ROW is guaranteed if there were no cars or all cars had stopped to let the car make their turn before proceeding. You are defining a stop sign as wait all day and don't go when it is stop and proceed when you can. You can argue as much as you want but your legal definition of Right of Way is wrong in this case.

@alwaysroaming1244 so in your mind you always think you should have priority. You are one dense person who probably yells at the other driver when you make unprotected left turns as traffic passes by. Stop sign doesn't mean stop and wait for a whole day to pass by to leave. If the cammer had slowed down and waited for the Lexus to clear the intersection then there wouldn't have been a problem.

@dherzog02 stupid comment. So you say for the Lexus to stop in the middle of the intersection and wait for the cammer to make their turn. You people never cease to amaze me with the dump that is America.

@dherzog02 and Right of Way is defined but you seem to think you should have priority. In traffic law, right of way is the right to proceed; also, “right-of-way.” Many state statutes lay out various circumstances when drivers must yield the right of way, and most states grant pedestrians the right of way.

@alwaysroaming1244 lol. Have fun with that argument when you get into an accident and have some liability. When you lose in court I will laugh at you
