@muffinstuffin6 yeah. Guy is dumb as hell for waiting. Technically he should be found somewhat liable since he probably could have cleared the turn already but decided to act cute.

@freedomwillneverdie6600 thing was he had room to turn but didn't. It was like he was distracted or wanted to get a pay-out day. Either way, it doesn't mean the other driver is off the hook.
