  1. I can't tell since there was no rear camera and the subraru wasn't seen before that. But based on what is available it looks like the cammer probably cut off the white car. Still doesn't excuse the behavior though

  2.  @kybalion848 thing is cammer could have pulled over to the side of the road but at the same time there was no other way to pass. In Cali it is illegal to pass using double yellow lines.
