@gsettlemyre for your reference you cannot use the left lane as you please. You pass and move to the other lane when there is no traffic or no reason to be in that lane

@swinde don't know about you but usually I use hand signals to let them through during the daytime. At night I use high beams to let them through

@FlamingBasketballClub the guy was in a passing lane and there is no traffic or reason not to move over. The guy decided to play dumbass and hog the lane as if he owns the road
