@donnash5813 sometimes the freeways branch off and the left lane is used as the entrance (weird design.) It's common in LA especially when we have Interstate 5 North connecting to the 710 North and the 710 South connecting to the 5 South. Still doesn't excuse the jackass behavior though

@caldodge I don't think it was the case where the bimbo was trying to pass but rather get to another freeway entrance. Still doesn't excuse the shitbrain though
