  3. I drive through that area to see my orthodontist and the design is similar to another area close by. Generally speaking the left lane is supposed to turn into the far left while the right turn lane can use the middle or right lane. Dash cammer is most likely at fault for this one.

Far left lane is supposed to go into the left lane while the right left turning lane can go into the center or right lane. The guy just admitted to being at fault online. If you don't believe me you can look up the DMV handbook about dual left turning lanes onto one way streets.

  9. @nboddie1036  wrong. According to the DMV handbook, which apparently no one reads, if there are two left turn lanes going onto a one way street such as in this case, the one on the left must enter the far left lane while the right can enter the center or right lane.

You can look at the design of Rosemead and Las Tunas Drive and you will see that the lanes are designed in that left most lane must turn into left lane while the one of the right can use either center or right lane. DMV handbook also states the same thing for one way streets
