Two words: net neutrality. Pretty much back then you could access the internet without having to pay extra for certain website access. He repealed it and now a lot of internet companies can charge you extra for data.

@vhgnyc ok. So here is the thing: net neutrality allows you to surf the internet and access multiple sites without being charged. Imagine having a cell phone bill where you would need to pay for out of state calls. So what it breaks down to is that you now have to pay extra money to get access to certain domains.
