  2.  @dr.elliephillips  Hi Dr Ellie, since I asked this question, I have watched more YouTube videos where you explain the differences between types of fluoride, and understand why the dilute amounts are necessary. I am using your complete mouth care system and it’s is working. My teeth are stronger; sensitivity to cold is lessening; my gums are pinker and aren’t bleeding any longer, and a cavity in one tooth is getting smaller! So needless to say, I am a believer because of my results. I bought the rinses, toothpaste, toothbrushes you recommend and the Zellie’s gums and mints. I am trying the different Zellie’s flavors and will be ordering a larger quantity from your website. I have also purchased both of your books and my husband is reading them because he sees how beautiful my gums and teeth are in the short amount of time from using your system.   3. Yes. I was somewhat skeptical at first because I avoided fluoride and used natural methods including oil pulling for years but my teeth were getting worse, not better. I’m following her complete mouth care program and my teeth and gums are recovering and looking and feeling better than they have in years. A cavity in one tooth is getting smaller and healing. I am amazed with my progress. The amount of fluoride is very small.
