  1. Never seek external validation from like the opposite gender (especially in terms of one's existence justification). I think his problem would be to an extent smaller if he had like a bunch of guy friends (& a solid bond with them). When you have m8s & you're doing stuff together, like hiking, cycling, playing pool, etc. other issues I'd say wane off (to a degree). But if you don't even have male "compadres" around then you might quickly want to substitute a relationship (with a woman) for that. 😌🤔😕😞 And that is a dangerous situation as you might bump into very poor quality women as you would be way too needy to see like red flags that would be popping up all over her. Seen this happen to like one of my guy male coworkers in my first job. Guy was lonely but he forced a relationship with a woman that ultimately dumped him.
