@Empoweredrabbit_24 there was no reason for it there was a passenger who should have stopped the vehicle they had plenty of time for spikes there wasn't a big danger at the time the trooper hit the vehicle traffic was stopped miles down the road plenty of time to get the vehicle off the road other ways
