  2.  @stevencooper4422  I was raised in orem Utah and I live up north now in boxelder County and I have had conversations with people who live in Ogden and the law is the law you brake it you get caught.. but the fact of a point system is criminal and the government should be treated as a criminal .. selective ticket giving is also a crime .. why a point system because of this exact situation
