Wow 👏they hopefully will be better soon I'm sorry that some parents don't pay attention to their teenage children and alow them to Rome around in public after 9 pm ... with weapons that begs the question should people in their late 30's and 40's with teenage children be allowed to be parents because most of those parents are on drugs and alcohol abuse and are on government assistance and don't pay attention to their children .....
