Interesting. The bodycam evidence still shows nearly all 3 eye witnesses including the father of the victim stating he jumped onto the vehicle. https://youtu.be/xSdLKwL8NRE This guy was a mentally unstable moron and was a danger to himself and others. The father told the police that when his son left the home and walked across the yard he called out to him to come back. Why a father be concerned about his grown adult son leaving the home and walking towards the road?. Probably because he was mentally unwell and the father knew he was about to do something dangerous in traffic. Jason Walker lived less than 100 yards from where he died, and seemingly ran into the road for no reason and then leaped on the first vehicle he came into contact with. Evidence from the FBI and Detectives also states and shows that the windshield of the truck was impacted several times by a windshield wiper that was ripped off. Jason Walker was either on serious drugs, or so mentally unwell he was too dangerous to even leave the proximity of his own home and yard. Either way, he's not a danger to anyone anymore. Thank goodness.

Nah it has been the same, only the BLM-social media liars have changed it and told their own version of false events.

Looks like that motorcycle thug should have stayed on his bike and not aggressively approached the son. Fucked around and found out, another dead BLM thug. Good.

@richiefamus8778 That's not how freedom of speech works. I'm not a news outlet. I can say what I want how I want when I want, regardless of what it is. Cope and seethe.

" Evidence shows a windshield wiper was ripped off and used to break the windows " - Jason Walker was a violent moron and found out what happens when you endanger a persons family...

@AlmightyK1254 I merely stated the facts of the case and physical evidence that's proven. I can't control how you feel about the facts of this incident. Sorry.

" Evidence shows a windshield wiper was ripped off of the car and used to impact and break the windshield in several places " , that guy was a violent degenerate felon and found out what happens when you endanger someones family. Hilarious all of the BLM-crowd is calling for this off duty cops head on a stick and claiming the suspect was an innocent gentle angel. Yeah right.
1
@jasonm1827 Only the tip and wiper part itself is rubber. The bases are attached to the vehicle via bar and hinge type system that's made out of metal. It's obvious he would be using that base metallic end to break the windshield, not the rubber tipped end that is the actual wiper itself.

@Josie3387 Probably social media like Twitter or snapchat, where most of the propaganda goes. Or right here on Youtube.

@Hmonks I'm not black and that does more for the country than being a government shill and soldier would ever do for it.

Maybe she should quit milking the press for social media points and should contact the Detectives then?. That's what witnesses are meant to do. I bet she doesn't even notice the missed calls from the PD because she's too busy taking selfies with her fist held high outside the PD.

@DannyDoGood Only time will tell I suppose. All I know is in this day and age without video evidence they depend heavily on witness statements and on the statements of the party's involved in the incident. Based on those statements and the physical evidence and the way the laws work in that state most would argue the man was within his rights to defend himself and his family. North Carolina like many Southern states has direct laws and policy pertaining to self defense shootings, and they are pretty open ended and rather lenient. I'll be curious to see not only if charges are filed, but if they could be proven in the court of law without any picture or video from the shooting incident itself.

Sucks that witness won't cooperate with police and is just running their mouth for social media. That's what these people do. They remain silent and don't cooperate with the authorities.
