The guy who could fly but nobody would let in? Perhaps he had to prove it at any cost.? Sounds like the only reason he died is because he knew there was no way out after that & he’d passed a point of no return? It’s not exactly as forgiving as taking out the parents car without a license. He was willing to die to prove he could do it. I bet he could’ve easily landed that, especially if novices have similar craft. I don’t want to make light of the fact that it was wrong what he did, especially today after the twin towers. I’m not so insensitive from either perspective. We have restrictions for reasons, but this was a different animal, I feel. It bares sadness.
