But it appears it maybe advantageous to consume cinnamomum zeylanicum oil in conjunction with zinc picolinate. I highly suggest reading it. The other conjunction was peppermint oil with Chromium, Vit C & E. Make that C liposomal too! I gave you the quick, but I don't mess around. Oh, & understand allergies mean you're going to play face touch, & you're still more compromised & compromising.
