  1. This is supposed to be an unusual storm period that some homes weren’t ready for or brought up to current code, if I’m not mistaken.? I believe there should be insurance & Gov disaster funds to compensate the calamity. I don’t know how it’ll fair with rebuilding costs, or if land sales with an alternate designated relocation would be wisest, but I imagine minus this inconvenience he should be alright to recoup the loss. So not a total loss.
