  1. 😂🤦🏼🤣 Have you ever done a real liquid glycogen supercompensate before? It’s basically 12 hours of gigantic liquid blender pitcher sized meals every 2-3hr, & then 12hr liquid-semi solid, & then another 12 hrs moving into solids, if I remember correctly. I haven’t had the amenities to do one in ages, but I mastered it with fairly cheap provisions to turn all the liquid protein sugar into a solid (TOMB 🛏️ helps). The gains & shreds were amazing. The first time I did it I think I gained 10-12lbs overnight & lost a surprising amount body fat percentage according to my calipers. My weights jumped significantly once my b@tt🕳️ recovered & I could return to the gym. It’s a process, 3Ds you quick & the first time I did it I was wishing I hadn’t 💩🚀. I’ve always altered regimen & recipes a bit. Seemed somewhat dangerous the first time 🙄🙏🏻😰, every time after got easier with experience, plus modifications. It’s all about nutrient uptake no matter side of the isle you’re on, natty or not. 👑🚽💪🏻 (THE THRONE)
