  1. What was on that plate was ridiculous fuel sources. You want healthy kids, you direct Warren Willey to cater the menu! They need protein & fat, not a jumbo bun with no meat. They need cottage cheese & broccoli. The problem with a deprived plate with the wrong fuel source options is your kids will fatigue & lose mental focus in finishing the day. It needs to digestion smart too, not cheap ingredients & lazy! Poor digestion is distracting & embarrassing where attention is routinely demanded amidst peers.
