  1. It was a Wisely move by whoever did it, Trump or Kelly. It's tough sometimes but know you did the right thing! I really hope they find someone excellent for the job. Spicer was great, he just needed someone to go over his ideas with & maybe bounce a few conversational pieces back & forth with. A general honesty tho that's not paid to be pleasing/sooth saying. You can pay anybody to tell you what you want to hear & agree with you. Look for insight with a touch of snipping censorship in a light critiquing way. Maybe make Sara aware of the expectation, or a couple of good guys that can gel a bit without turning on one another.? Good Brotherhood watches out for one another. Maybe try judging them as a pair to get that, excepting no tattletales.? Just my late night thoughts anyways..?
