During food digestion & the unwanted acid reflux periods, increase natural High Acidity prevails as the good remedy; Not high ph, but low ph & high acidity for proper digestion & to cease the compensatory reaction of upper GI acid production lending to the reflux symptom striving to fight alkalinity. Probiotics are most helpful. The art of cheese is not often as it seems to be by culture’s standards. Microfocus for standard regimentation doesn’t always serve you; rather PERIODically. As is said, “everything in moderation”. Moderation is a damn subjective understanding though the varying degrees of human opinion. Cheese makes you fat if you spillover caloric needs into surplus; too much fat breakdown can stress your gallbladder (enzymes & OxBile).
I just had a cheat meal on my day off, which is the wrong time to consume, being that it’s away from training activities for muscle uptakes, but my workload has increased & my duties on rest days are now greater throwing me into a bit of a caloric deficit that can leave me vulnerable to eating up of existing muscle mass. The diversity of decent junk replenishes after crossing the proverbial desert for deprivation periods. Too much junk on a regular basis & you bloat, guts expand & waste & you become a stinky fat A. People suffer food intolerances & leaky gut. Your butthole is connected to your heart & lungs & brain. Heart attacks, pulmonary infiltration, various cognitive declines. Eat Smart 👍🏻
I recommend you use your brain & use your digestive process in only the manner it was created before regret sneaks up on you with age from dietary nutrition to the recreational crazes of others.
