  1. I got a shoulder Impingement from working 20hrs straight. Stars up to stars down. 1hr food break. I don't work slow, my efforts are quality & I don't lie to get ahead. I didn't get paid shit for that either. I got a car & phone that are mine, that's it. I possess the intelligence to fix my body too. I hear a lot of people who try to tell me how hard they work. They have no injuries. They have no concepts of musculoskeletal alignment nor recovery therapies or stimulus methods. I've blown ribs out, torn muscles, nobody cared. I fix myself with nothing, & nothing takes time & learning. Everybody has so much today, & is so hard earned, & deserving lol.? BULLSHIT! I'm not so petty, but I've been around people who are, & fools who prove to be, even some kin. Liars, lying to get ahead. I want nothing to do with them honestly. I go where the love is, or where my heart compels me!
