Careless. I wouldn't stand by those actions, especially if he had a gun prepared against police officers. I don't care if he was in the military. I have great consideration for the verbiage of the officer if he was fired upon, they have families too. They're subjected to a lot which requires a certain level of desensitization, but if he wasn't fired upon it's cold, & he'd have been better off to watch his mouth understanding that's a human life, not some hwy roadkill. In that case I'd feel he would need sensitivity training to make sure he doesn't become the problem.
