  1. Ya I'm sure there's an underlying current of racial tension, but the truth is, even if he wore a face similar to my own, I understand what's not my heart, & I'd knock his head off for that. Especially for the weighted semblance disgrace of my image, for embarrassing & shaming me. . This COVID has irritated. I haven't been to the gym in over 6mo. Every workout is at home, & I'm slowly conglomerating equipment. I'm suppose to get a bench this wk, suuuper excited! Been using cinder blocks, boards & pad instead, OUCH. Incline & decline are a little scary lol. But my methods are spot on, you wouldn't believe what I can do with next to nothing. Squats are my only cry. It's taken me so long to learn how to develop properly only to have the natural gains taken away in this manner. Wish me luck on the getting the funds to ward off the environmental theft of what I've rightfully earned thru hard sacrifice! You wouldn't believe the stack of books & hours, all self taught. It's more than bulk to impress, this is universal health & happiness. Advanced sport science, nutrition & natural medicinal approaches today are becoming almost unreal!
