  1. I suspected this much to begin with, but since nothing was alluded to, I still had hopes she wasn’t violated sexually. It sounds to me like she was still alive when he nabbed her, possibly striking her unconscious prior.? Then, after placing her in his trunk he took to the corn fields, where she awoke to put up a resistance. He killed her there, & at that point with disinterest, couldn’t bring himself to have intercourse with a dead corpse. That sudden moment where immorality broke & morality chose to take the higher ground. Or he took her possibly to a third location where things went bad & had more time to tend to the mess from stabbing her? Which could explain a possible third DNA if someone helped him at some point? But people who labor work with people around their trunks where simple hand scrapes happen all the time. Plus, although I’m unfamiliar with the timelines anymore, I doubt he had the time for this option. It’s really just giving to much credit to a simple desperate outburst from someone who couldn’t control themselves in slow motion because he couldn’t forcefully communicate his feelings through the social obstacles of different cultural norms. To put it simple, it’s not his hometown, but wanted to treat a woman like it was his way. She possibly represented the unattainable American dream in his imagination.? Almost reminds me of Species in the mate or die sense, except he already has family. It can be pretty tough when you have nothing to offer, but that’s no excuse & definitely no way to treat a lady. 👎🏻Christian Riviera👎🏻
