That's a problem! I'm left to assume that one of these men is the investigator? Or were all three deployed on command orders from by the Chief, Investigator & Judge? How are they to blame for blindly performing this assigned set task function for which they were hired to do? If you don't want to wrongfully commit murder today then your only option is to not go to work, or call in sick... That's not right either.. Don't get me wrong, this was wrong, & that girl was killed over this mistake. Do we hold the Judge & Investigator accountable? They certainly didn't pull the trigger if they weren't there, & I'm sure they had faith in their ability to perform their portions of the approved regulated job. This is horribly tragic, & that phone call is GUT WRENCHING! How do you charge a Precinct with murder & whatever legislature possible? They owe that family their daughter back, her present & future life. They owe that man his girlfriend or fiancee back. With the damage done he'll hate law enforcement for the rest of his life, & which could result in later problems that you can't say they don't deserve from his eyes. They wronged that man, & her family. What monetary compensation is equivalent to a life? None if you loved them.
I have to say this because it's a factor that should seen clear. That man who did nothing wrong now has a scare against his name/face linking him to "An Event". Why on Earth should he be forced to live out the remainder of his days with his head down in shame. It's not right, but culture does it, even to the innocent. There's no making up for this.
I agree with you, No Knock is Shit!
