I still really don't know what exactly he did outside of answering the call of neighbors that a "supposed criminal" was on the loose which he attempted to assist in & was clueless of? About the only thing I know that he's guilty of is that haircut.. Personally I think we should usher him over to area 51 in order to question him about warp technologies..? Just a suggestion.
