  1. She probably took his keys & wallet before somebody else unwanted could relieve him of them or identify either of them to avoid future encounters, identify theft included. The last thing I’m sure she wants is to compound loss, along with a house visit from an obvious psycho it took 6mo to catch. You kinda have 2 options in moments like that, keeping a cool head & doing what must, or losing it completely. Not exactly the best time or place for hysterics being a vulnerable lady alone. It’s not always everybody’s first walk down tragedies road, or she’s taken environmental precautions into account before hand & has had plenty of time to think about them with insensitives vital expense.
