  1. I'm not aware of a tolerant version of communism adhering to human rights. What l do see however is something in the character of certain nations. These seem to like authoritarian leaders, strong men like Putin or Hitler. Log on to youtube videos about car crashes in Russia. I think there's a connection in how Russians drive and the national character. In Germany where l lived for a time the roads terrified me. Such countries like to be ruled by dictators. Dictators being without empathy for their fellow humans are prepared in wars to sacrifice their whole population if need be to stay in power. Hence the horrific casualty rates in Russia in World War II and the North Vietnamese in the Vietnam War. Marxist teachers will never instruct children with this.
