  1. You notice the extent of "diversity" in many areas. I saw a TV documentary some years ago about Birmingham council housing department. Eight cases of people seeking council homes were featured. Only one was a white English applicant, all others African or Asian types. As were all the council staff. Similarly with a TV Channel Five series, a program about rogue tenants could have been filmed in Zanzibar. On the Rwanda debacle, I expect the migrants have heard of the Rwanda-Burundi tribal war in the 1990s. A little massacre killing 800,000. Otherwise a safe country.
