  1. Half of those tanks in storage lack turrets and fully three-quarters have been stripped of copper and anything else that can be exchanged for vodka. I fully agree of the few tanks currently in storage very few could be made battle-ready and even then they would only be useful until spotted by Ukrainian forces.
