  1. Requiring vaccination for activities that carry an elevated risk of infection is no different for requiring a hard hat and safety shoes for activities that carry an elevated risk of injury. Actions have consequences so if vaccination is required to work in aged care the consequence of refusing to be vaccinated will be to be unable to work in that sector, a refusal to wear a hard hat has the consequence of being unable to work in construction.
