  1. Might I ask a question? There has been much discussion regarding the world's food supply and some rather dire predictions. Under the convention could a bulk grain carrier enter the Black Sea with protective warships from a non-belligerent power and take on a cargo of grain from Odessa? If the answer is "yes" then what counts as "non-belligerent", clearly not Russia and not Ukraine but what about NATO countries who as not actually at war, or non-NATO countries that support Ukraine such as Japan or Australia
