  1. The ruble has been falling since early August 2024. It's having a few upwards bounces probably because the Russian Central Bank is attempting to keep the ruble above 100 to the USD. Following the trend line it'll be worth less than 1 US cent within the next month or so, once that happens life in Russia will become interesting (but not in a good way).
