  7. having trouble getting my comment on ok it looks like the summer heat here is causing internet problems its105f here in Arizona i was getting concerned that i was 14 minutes in with no insects LoL you saved my day wonderfull video the owl was spectacular and the old boats very interesting ,nice of you to help that chap find his pals name on remberance plaque ordered the book and now on tenter hooks for its arrival ,thank you for cool Breeze sounds like its going to be really warm tomorrow around 108f-110f evenings are around 70f even at 11.00 pm

  9. did you ever visit Crampton tower in Broadstairs i lived not far from there, you captured winter on the canal really well though minus 5c is kinda mild we are expecting *10f here in the desert glad Zephr knows how to stay warm i will probably light my wood stove today are you doing a 2023 book hope so.

  26. not an expert but l learnt after being out here for 9 years how to get cool and also how to stay warm i forgot to mention the paper mulch bricks last 15-20 minutes on the wood stove re if i add some twigs or tree bark

During the first few minutes of this video i neede to heed the advice of the mindfull lady narrow boater and put another paper log on the wood stove it was good to see you were well wrapped up for the inclemenr weather ad i expect the cookies/Biscuits and cup of Rosie helped ,The eagret is another classic picture/video clip you have captured your videos always feel me with well being and i especially enjoyed your chat at the end ,thank you again for your time in producing these videos .

  35. change of seasons is always a time for reflection, more wonderful country side views the desert here has a beauty all its own come winter and some interesting temperature changes down to minus 10 f but my wood stove and home made paper logs help stay warm

  36. i usually put small twigs and bits of bark in the pulp mix which helps a lot the secret i think is making your finished bricks as dry as possible before burning  @themindfulnarrowboat

  42. Having Vanessa and Zephyr videos helped me get through having both my knees replaced with Bionic parts Mindfull videos did more for me than any of the pain pills the Docs prescribed for me of course we cant forget Mr M who drove while Vanessa was filming thank you all.

  57. gorgeous video glad you got your footing on thr nose ,an interesting coincidence in your video you mentioned Holly cafe boat being close by and in their latest video there is a shot of a canal boatcalled Teggs nose cool huh, every week i try to guess which sublject s you will choose for Journal sketch but this week i did not get even one i thought Rhodie bush, and reed Beatle oh well try again this week.

  76. #2 back from an exhausting Road trip1500 miles so tired i went straight asleep but woke up at 2.15am made coffee and started reading your book its great to see pictures from the Ashby i never did get along that canal one of my favs is is the Foxton Fox also the pereguines oops spelling the book is wonderful and a real keeper thank you for sharing a very personal item if you decide to do more i will be on your list for one, a question i have is it ok to flat the pages like you do when you do your journal just thinking is the binding strong enough to take it . also who was the lady that produced /wrote that lovely English country side book you quoted from

  80. made a change to watching your video was awake at 01.30am and decided i needed a mindful fix one of your best i know i say that oftern but a really cool video the Mandarin duck is a classic as i have mentioned i live off grid in the High arizona desert in a small cabin 12x24 but after 9 1/2 it really is home for me you have done a great job adapting your lifestyle to suit your narrowboat life well done and thanks again for your time in producing stunning videos.
