  7.  @sitdowndogbreath  I clearly remember the flood of 93. The only places that were severely flooded were the areas by the rivers. (KC has two rivers). Downtown is less than a quarter of a mile from the rivers and is about 200ft above sea level. Not to mention the entire city is full of rolling hills. And Lee's Summit, a suburb, is over 1000ft above sea level. It seems impossible for the whole city to be flooded strictly from rising sea levels unless the whole entire continent is flooded too.
